Our line of business requires us to be responsive and efficient to meet the often urgent needs of our customers. We have introduced a more efficient information management system where commercial and technical details are closely linked.
To achieve this, we now use a high-performance CRM system along with regular video-conference meetings with our customers, suppliers and staff, to manage the technical and commercial information collected by our field experts as efficiently as possible.
In this way, customer needs are acknowledged rapidly, information is used immediately and communication all the more effective.
This type of organisation helps us maintain a solid level of motivation internally, as all departments are involved.
